Oomega-3 rasvhapped on inimese jaoks kõige väärtuslikum osa kalaõlis. Mida rohkem su keha neid omastab, seda suurem on kasu sinu tervisele.
Üks annus FJORD STRONG OMEGA-3 tooteid sisaldab suures koguses oomega-3, seega pead nii kapsleid kui ka vedelat kalaõli võtma koguseliselt vähem kui tavapäraselt. Vali endale sobiv kalaõli vorm lähtuvalt isiklikest tervise-eesmärkidest ja eelistustest.


Piisab vaid 1 kapslist päevas, et saada 1000 mg kalaõli, mis sisaldab tervelt 700 mg kasulikke oomega-3 rasvhappeid (EPA, DHA jt).


Päevases normis 0,5 teelusikatäit (2,5 ml) on muljetavaldav kogus kasulikke oomega-3 rasvhappeid (EPA, DHA jt), mille vahekord on optimaalselt tasakaalustatud – koguni 1645 mg.
